1. Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be included.

Non‑returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as “non‑returnable” at checkout

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your purchase back without an RA number—unauthorized returns may not be processed.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us before sending your product back. We’ll help ensure the replacement item is available before processing the exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will expedite replacement or refund for such cases.
